Scandinavian Almond Cake 

 

Almond cake is delicious and easy to make -- it even freezes well! Our tip is to use stick margarine instead of butter in the recipe. Spray the pan with Baker's Joy and then over-bake it just a little bit -- 50-55 minutes total. Test with a toothpick and yes, the edges will be dark. Cool in the pan for a few minutes and then flip the cake out. ENJOY!!
